Presidents Day
Blessed with good weather the Day was a good one with keen competition from ten teams of four over three games plus two challenge games involving one player selected from each team.
Only two points separated the Winning Team of : Tony Maskrey(C), Lynne Rainford, Bob Markham and Hilary Farnsworth from Runners up: Graham Croft(C), Jackie Henmmings, Ken Jones and Teresa Hancock.
A tremendous start to this years Alzheimers Society charity fund was made from the raffle of thity five donated items for the raffle and donations made by individual members.
Thanks, as always, go to everyone who supplied items of food; to those who organised the bowling, to; to those who helped with the clearing up at the end of the day and to everyone who supported the raffle.
