President’s Day 2024
The weather was again kind to us for the second of our Festival Days this year. Attendance was at 40+ and 32 bowlers took part in the bowling competition.
Of the eight teams competing the top three teams could only be separated by point differences and all teams competed well. The day was cordially concluded with a lovely buffet the provision of which continues to exceed expectaions and was a real tiumph – thanks to all concerned for making it a truly enjoyable day.
The raffle for this years Charity, Oak Tree Farm, provided a great start to the year with £194.00 raised. This will go forward to the Charity Day fund raising day in early October. Thanks again to all including the bar staff for your contributions and help organising the day.
